Implementation Strategy

The CID Program implementation has obtained Enform Board of Director's and Training Council approval and requires the following:

• Program to begin January 1, 2010
• Three (3) year timeframe for existing Franchise and designated Enform course instructors to achieve CID Certification*
• Courses will be available at all Enform Campuses and through the e.Learn network 

Note: Designated classroom courses require attendance at the corresponding campus or may be attended through Video Conferencing

Note: New Franchise and Enform instructors must complete the mandatory CID program within a three (3) year timeframe beginning with the Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW). Completion of the ISW initiates the start of the program and timeframe. Existing Franchise and Contract instructors will receive partial credit for the ISW; however, their formal audit documentation and the completion of the mandatory Making Training More Effective e.Learn course, will be required to meet the requirements of the ISW component of the CID Program (see, Franchise Application Form).

Note: Current Enform Franchise and Contract instructors will be automatically enrolled in the program beginning January 2010.

*Primarily, Enform certification courses will require instructor certification; however, Enform will develop a specific list of courses that are designated CID mandatory.
