The Enform Certified Instructor Diploma (CID) has been developed to assist in the comprehensive improvement of Instructor training and as an advanced instructional training opportunity. Designed to meet the needs of both Enform’s and the oil and gas industry’s instructor base, the program ensures the creation and continuation of a qualified and effective instructional force and will assist in providing instructional excellence within training environments.
The program focuses on instructional theory (adult learning theory, content adaptation, enhanced delivery methodology and evaluation), 21st-century learning, instructional design, instructional delivery strategies, instructional technology, and professional growth strategies. It encompasses a set of instructional elements, criteria and competencies categorized within a matrix of Educational Learning Units.
Designated to be completed within a three-year time frame, each unit constitutes a compilation of instructional and performance requirements and supports the complexity of the oil and gas teaching and learning environment. Directed by Enform’s Board of Directors, the Certified Instructor Diploma has been designated as mandatory and applies to all Enform franchise instructors and instructors teaching Enform Certification courses. The program entails 32 instructor-based learning units that have been designed to meet the needs of the Enform Instructor cohort.
Note:
- Current Enform instructors are automatically enrolled in the program. This program is also available to non-Enform instructors.
This 3.5-day Instructional Skills Workshop is the introductory component of the Enform Certified Instructor Diploma program. - Demonstrate principles of classroom management
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt content to the needs of both the student and the learning environment
This enhanced course is intended for individuals who work in training and supervisory roles and wish to develop their advanced instructional skills. The outcome of the course ensures that participants can effectively manage and deliver Enform training courses within the oil and gas industry setting.
Note:
